Olivier ten Hoopen 1963-1983

I found this small memorial in the crypt of the Pieterskerk in Utrecht, Netherlands.
There are many small boxes there which presumably contain the ashes of the deceased. – like a kind of remembrance garden. One of them is for a young man who died in 1983.

The world has forgotten him. I wonder who he was.
